How do you enhance your natural beauty?

 How to be naturally beautiful?

The trend is natural and this is the one and only reason to recognize true beauty: men will tell you: that a beautiful woman is a woman who is beautiful when she wakes up! That is to say without foundation, concealer, shaggy hair, and half-closed eyes.

How to be naturally beautiful?

And yet, women tend to wear makeup every day. Many spend a lot of time every morning putting on makeup to pretend they have nothing on their skin. If the goal is to act as if you were not wearing makeup, you might as well save time and energy and not wear makeup at all!

Yes, it is possible to look gorgeous without using any artificial products. If you want to spend more time taking care of yourself and less time putting on make-up and "pretending", here are the tips that will allow you to have a natural and radiant look without foundation, lipstick, or any other cosmetic product!

HAVE PERFECT EYEBROWS

On a face without makeup, eyebrows often become the center of attention. You have to draw your eyebrows according to the shape of your beautiful face. If your brows are too thin for your liking, apply castor oil and vitamin A to your brows daily. After a few weeks, you will notice that your eyebrows are fuller and thicker.

EMPHASIZE YOUR EYES

To add depth to your look, curl your lashes with an eyelash curler or try eyelash extensions.

Get rid of dark circles under your eyes. To do this, start by reviewing your diet: dark circles may be due to a deficiency of iron or B vitamins in your body (liver and red meat contain a lot of them, so do not hesitate to bet on these foods). Choose an eye contour that contains retinol or has a whitening effect. Green tea cold compresses applied to your dark circles can also help reduce your dark circles.

WHITEN YOUR TEETH

A big smile always gives a good image. So make sure that nothing prevents you from having a beautiful smile! Brush your teeth with special whitening toothpaste, especially after drinking coffee or wine. But remember not to use it too often either because this type of toothpaste can be harsh. Think of orange peels which whiten teeth and are very effective while offering a completely natural solution.

DON'T FORGET THE LIPS

It's not just your skin that needs hydration and exfoliation, your lips too! Use lip balm or olive oil (or any other natural vegetable oil) to keep lips supple and soft. Once a week, massage your lips with a soft toothbrush or with a little sugar (in this case, moisten your lips just before).

TAKING CARE OF YOUR HAIR

Dull-colored hair and a cut that was done a long time ago will not look good on your face. Choose a simple cut and more natural colors, it will suit you better if you opt for an "au natural" appearance and without makeup. Trim your ends regularly, use products that protect against heat (or steer clear of hot straighteners and blow dryers, most now have "gentle" heat modes), and don't overuse hair products. Coconut oil can make your hair even shinier and helps with dandruff, dry hair, and many other hair issues. Rinsing your hair with an oil bath appropriate to your hair type will make it even shinier.

USE SUNSCREEN

UV rays dramatically increase the appearance of premature wrinkles and other unpleasant signs of aging. They can also be responsible for skin cancer, and people with pale skin are even more at risk of being affected. So use sunscreen whenever you are in the sun, not just on the beach, but all year round. This will protect your skin and allow you to preserve it.

FOCUS ON YOUR SKIN

Cosmetic experts say that we should wash our face no more than twice a day. And it's even better to clean your face before you go to bed. When you wake up in the morning, you can use cleansing milk, lotion, or an ice cube. The most important thing is not to rub your skin too hard because it can be too aggressive. Doing face masks regularly (a white clay mask for example) once a week can also help keep your complexion bright. And if your skin is not too sensitive, you can gently exfoliate it with a facial scrub appropriate for your skin type.

SLEEP ENOUGH

A good night's sleep (at least 7 to 9 hours) is essential for maintaining beautiful skin and good health in general. Go to bed before 11 p.m. because it is after midnight that the body begins to produce one of the main “beauty hormones”: melatonin. Try sleeping on your back if you can, this will reduce the appearance of premature wrinkles.

REVIEW YOUR DIET

Many studies show a direct link between the quality of our skin and the food we eat. Vegetable oils, fatty fish, seeds, and nuts are some of the most important foods: they are a source of fatty acids, vitamin E, and carotenes, which help fight free radicals. Also, add dairy products to your menu because they help to have a healthy intestinal flora.

FIND YOUR OWN COLOR

Choosing the right color for your clothes will give you an even brighter complexion, hide your flaws and give you an even more expressive silhouette. Without foundation, skin can appear paler, so don't amplify the situation by choosing shades that are too black, dark, or cool. White is also not the best option. The best is to bet on bright colors like blue, turquoise, emerald, and peach. Determine what your color is (the one you like and looks best on you) and choose your clothes accordingly.
