1- Take care of your daily hygiene

Don't skip the basics! The basics of daily hygiene are simple and energy well spent. If you want to show off, you probably think you need special clothes and a crazy haircut, but following the basics will go a long way.

  • Brush your teeth twice a day. It is better not to do this more often, as it can damage the enamel. Every night, floss.
  • Take a shower daily. It is not necessary to wash your hair every day, it can actually damage it, we will talk about this later... On the other hand, you must wash your body daily.
  • Take care of your nails. You should file them at least once a week, and if you can, get a manicure and pedicure.
  • Epilate where and when needed. If you don't want to do it, you can refrain from it, but it would allow you to stay on top...

2- Take care of your skin

People looking at you will see it. A skincare routine will not only help you maintain healthy skin but will also show others that you are taking care of yourself. In addition to washing and moisturizing your skin daily, protect your face by avoiding touching it and sleeping with clean pillows. Treat your pimples with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.

  • Wash your face twice a day. If you are very tired in the evening, at least try to remove your makeup and moisturize your skin.
  • Using a sheet mask once in a while or making yourself a face mask can make you look wonderful.

If you like to do it, go light-handed, choose quality products that won't harm your skin, and find what suits your personal style. If you haven't figured out your makeup preferences yet, try a smokey eye, although you can have gorgeous eyes without makeup. Put on some lipstick and think about hydrating them. Remember that you should highlight your eyes or your lips, but never both! If you highlight your lips with an intense red lipstick, forget the eye shadow and the eyeliner and only put on a layer of mascara. If you highlight your eyes, forget the provocative lipstick!

  • Maybe invest in a good blush, it will come in handy often.
  • You absolutely do not have to wear makeup! The idea is that you're amazing by being yourself, not by doing something that's not in your nature to look like a girl from a fashion magazine wearing lots of makeup, that's part of her job. ...
  • A gloss can, however, attract attention. If you're not a fan of war paint, lip balm is a good option to hydrate your lips on the one hand and keep your lips soft on the other.

5- Adapt your clothes to your personality

Your clothes are a reflection of your soul! They should reflect your personality and look good on you... Just because you see a girl in a dress that looks great on here doesn't mean she's going to flatter you (and vice versa)! In terms of clothing, the basic rule is to choose pieces according to your morphology. Fortunately, knowing what looks good on us is easier than you might think. Here are a few tips.

  • Make sure that when you wear them, your clothes are really adapted to your morphology and fit you perfectly. They shouldn't be too wide or too narrow unless, of course, you're looking to create a specific look.

6- Whiten your teeth

Update your smile! If your teeth aren't as white as you'd like, go see your dentist and talk about the options available to whiten them. He will recommend the most suitable products for you and may even be able to treat them in his office. If you prefer, you can use bleaching strips, the effect of this kind of treatment usually lasts about a year.

7- Sunbathe if you want

A light tan can be nice. Tanning booths are unfortunately not without risk, a natural tan is definitely preferable. A self-tanner is an option, but beware, the result is not always great... If you choose this method, start by exfoliating yourself, then spread the self-tanner in sections using circular movements. Don't forget your hands, between your fingers, your feet, your joints.

  • If you want to tan, whether in a booth or in direct sunlight, put sunscreen on your body. It won't protect you 100%, but it's better than nothing!
  • Tanning booths are no less dangerous than the sun's rays. Either way, your skin may suffer, the risk of cancer is increased, and your skin will age faster.

8- Get enough sleep

Sleep is very important. If you're tired, you won't have the idyllic appearance you're looking for. Try to take a break and sleep at least 8 hours every night. Thus, you will feel good throughout the day, but also, you will be much more attractive in the eyes of others.

9- Exercise regularly

10- Eat right
